| Our Twins Diaper Cakes are perfect for multiple birth parents. Customize your cake by choosing the gender of the stuffed baby dolls on the cake. If you know there two boys coming then a boy/boy combo will do, same for the girls. If you don't know yet, or your having one of each, then pick the boy/girl combo.
The cake pictured to the left includes: 10 Disposable Diapers, bib, undershirt and an 8 oz. baby feeding bottle. In addition to all these items we've also added 5-10 small baby accessories and 2 plush baby dolls.
